Being one of the interns at TEVA Pharmaceuticals Internship at the Mutter Museum was very rewarding. This program allows high school students like me to be able to explore and better understand the impact violence has on the community that we live in. Through this we had improve our understanding of science, technology, and medicine by being able to network with professionals in those fields. This program's main focus are on the factors that causes violence in communities and to better understand the forensic tools used by police when solving and investigating crimes. TEVA has provided us interns with many experiences and opportunity, networking with health professionals and better understand the city of Philadelphia.

As a way to better highlight and understand the intern's overall experiences, I gave out surveys that was completed by the interns as their way of reflecting on the TEVA program so far. By doing so the mentors can use the feedback as part of their consideration during the planning of activities and events that would be most beneficial and engaging for the interns. TEVA internship' mentors really focuses on the intern, helping us not only in providing us with experience and networking with health professionals, but also in our education, testing preparatory needs, and personal struggles. I had also got the opportunity to co-facilitate the Women in STEM Panel, where women from different STEM profession had came in to share their experiences and hardship. It was very successful because both the mentor and interns enjoyed it very much.

Below are some of the questions from my surveys and the responses from the interns to help you the reader better understand our experiences at a TEVA intern.
